The legal process can be complicated and feel overwhelming, especially for those who are planning for the future. Guardianship, estate planning, and Medicaid can be very intimidating, but it is far less scary with a skilled and experienced attorney to help. I will simplify the processes for you and your loved ones and help you get the results you want.

Getting your affairs in order is one of the best things you can do for your family. You not only get peace of mind, but your family knows what your wishes are in case the unthinkable happens. I take the time to not only understand your goals but also work with you to get a good feel for your family dynamics. This allows me to properly craft and implement a plan of action within our practice areas of guardianship, Medicaid planning, probate, and estate planning.

It is an honor to assist individuals and families in Texas with their Medicaid and estate planning needs. Contact the Law Offices of Nathan Peters, PLLC, to learn more or set up an appointment.
